eLead Promo is very familiar with the RFP or request for proposal process. We have responded to many requests for proposals over the last few years, especially for branded promotional products. A branded promotional product request for proposal, or RFP, is a process in which we submit a full proposal to be a sole source provider of promotional products for a large corporation. A corporation will send out an RFP to a large number of people. They have a few weeks to disclose whether they intend to big or not. Once all the bidders are set, then you normally have a few weeks to submit your RFP response. Once all the responses have been submitted, the sender will usually invite 5 or so companies for a final presentation. Once all the final presentations are completed, the company selects a winner.
